Onboard footage of F1 car McLaren MP4/1 driven by Steve Hartley @ Brands Hatch
Create and finance a seperate league for 1990's and prior F1 cars, divisions based on decade, and watch the profits soar cause it turns out danger and speed are the things people actually want to see, not Lewis Hamiltons opinion on George Floyd.
This was beautiful
The golden era of f1 70s-90s
Самовоз отличный, пилот так себе. Видно что мощности куча, а обогнать не умеет
i find myself leaning into the corners just sitting here. lol
What was the top speed of the car on this track??
Must've felt like the coolest guy shaking hands when everyone was priming their engines.
Se veía que el Mclaren corría mas.Olé que guapo.Gracias.
Thats F1 ... wow thanks for That
14:20 Finally caught that bugger; brilliant move on the inside.
You know there is a lot of passionate people about the old school when the lowest ranked comment has more than 100 likes. Never happens with current 2021 cars.
This is the true and only F 1 for brave men !!!!! 👏👏👏😉👍🤑😎😎😎
Circuito de Monza?

8:00 + they take "courage" and the real racing starts, you can hear the fucking mp4 engine screaming, uniqe sound
This is an absolutely epic footage.
Preview F1 2030 Game...
it's a computer game, look at the crowd and the gloves
What kind of anchor is Steve using?
Buenas esa es la fórmula 2000
Great performance from Carlos Portugal
Guy! this touch was worthy, I say: masterful! Longing for the yellow helmet...thanks.
They way he corrected the oversteering was scary
Back when F1 cars sounded like they should. Now.... we have the high-strung V6 turbos.
6:34 Somebody needs to think about some anger management. Makin' John not so special like that.
Which graphics card are you using as well as your FOV ... this looks legit! :)
How does one get a seat in a classic F1 car?
Thank you for the share
Just looking is fun!!! 見てるだけでも楽しい！！！
What a great POV, you really feel every bump on the circuit.
The camera shake and distorted sound give a very visceral sense of the physical strain and mental stress that drivers have to contend with. This is the most realistic experience I've yet seen. I wonder if digital simulators (i.e. racing software) will (or has already) incorporated/simulated such perceptual effects in order to heighten the realism of the experience, and the authenticity of the contest.
This camera is very good, it looks like I'm piloting, a lot of power these engines. 👍
Where Is from circuit
This is a vacuum cleaner for your mind. For 15 minutes your mind will be clear of any and all thoughts - useful if you were to be angry, upset, in despair or grieving - as in a little mental break from all of those emotions. I'm so bookmarking this for when any of those emotions shows up and I need a surefire break to catch my breath... Such great driving and video! Total awesomeness!
OMG This feels so interactive.

NO ELECTRONIC NO CONTROL TRACTION ONLY RACING....
...and I thought Karen Carpenter had a beautiful voice! Just like music. If I remember right, this was the first plastic car.
No final que ia ficar bom, pista livre, acabou.
For God's sake please max out the tachometer!
Actually, there is a thin red line across 9500 rpm.
This is my favourite album
Super lap after passing the car, we feel the speed increase and concentration, great driver ! 👍👍🤩🤪

What is this? What series? The cars are so old.
Que año es este video ?????
The amount of mechanical grip those things had was just insane
*cracks open a beer* thank you DElevel.
There are a lot of people claiming to be F1 fans complaining about today's computer controlled race cars not being fun to watch compared to yesterday's cars that were all driver...hilariously some even reference 1993 as their example. THESE POSERS ARE NOT F1 FANS, they have no clue what they're talking about. Oh sure...they know all the past driver's names...they know the corner names of all the tracks...they seem to have forgotten more than I know, however, they are posers. They have based their opinion on F1 using complete ignorance of the FACT that today's F1 uses NO driver assist. NO active suspension. NO anti-lock brakes NO traction control NO yaw control The last completely controlled F1 car was the mid 1990's Williams. The last partially controlled F1 car was 2007 or 2008, can't remember exactly which off the top of my head, but it was Michael's last year at Ferrari if that helps. I know that watching today's F1 makes it hard to believe the cars have no computer assist, but they don't...google it. Knowing this, you will now see F1 thru the eyes of an informed fan and not a poser. Can't do anything about the sound, but the skills required are insane...so insane that people are convinced they must be the result of a computer...they're not and THAT is called skill. Don't be an uninformed poser.
You seem to have completely missed the point there m8.
uuuawwwuu... Now I understand those who say the nowadays F1 cars sound like a vacuum cleaner.
Grew Up with Brands. Did flag marshalling there. Loved the track. Worked there, watched there and did marshalling. Lived five miles away.
great footage and some top drives..
Real drivers here
I never realized the were required to go 10% faster on each lap.
Finally after 8 years something good in my recommended
hmm 2020 video? nobody is wearing masks?
A little something every lap set up that pass! Wonderful driving on both parts...
Hey Santa, if you're real.....
First Lap: 1:31.5 Second Lap: 1:26.8 Third Lap: 1:24.1 4: 1:24.4 5: 1:24.2 6: 1:23.7 7: 1:24:2
La "chance" quoi...
One more thing, I have to really say Grand Turismo is even more impressive of a game after watching this video. I don't watch much road course racing. I'm a dumb American, I apologize, I wish I would watch more F-1, but my guilty pleasure is Nascar. Well, it was, since Jeff Gordon retired I don't really watch anymore. But I consume racing games like most people play Call of duty. and the level of detail and nuance that Grand Turismo put in, I did not realize how accurate it was of a representation to the real courses. If I could watch racing like this, I'd watch all of the races. I can't stand commercial TV racing though. Everything TV does to broadcast racing interference with every reason I love racing. The camera angle absolutely kills the nuance decisions of a driver, the commentary overshadows the sound of the motor. Watching racing on TV is watching the Drama of racing. I want the thrill of it. I don't know how I could have gone 37 years never watching cockpit angle like this. but this is by far one of the most exciting things I've seen in a long time. Cause not much really get me super excited. But now, after watching this, I probably can predict that at least the next 4 hours will be spend glued to youtube videos and from there, new research into this concept cause simply put, I've never thought to look for a video like this which is stunning cause this is the only thing I've ever really wanted to watch. this and first-person fighter jet videos which is something that is most certainly gonna be in my hours-long queue of videos that I wanna watch! thank you, man! Thank you so much! I know you're not the first person to post something like this. But it's your video that has really impacted my life, so you are the person who I am grateful to for having posted this! Thank you so much!
Dude, this is one of the COOLEST F-ING things I've ever watched! I love racing. I have to repeat, I LOVE RACING! I don't enjoy commentary, I'm not a film student so I could care less about the best camera angle. I love racing because I love driving a car to the extremes of what physics will allow. But what makes me passionate about racing is actually the very small nuances of it. Cause if all the cars are trying to perform at the extremes of physical capabilities, then when does a half a car length of out breaking help or hurt your entrance? when does a driver decide they can outbreak another drive and without sacrificing the existing corner momentum that will carry to the next turn. Or is it more of an advantage to break early so you have a more balanced center of gravity to accelerate a little early and use that fraction of speed momentum to pass? And that is. I love it cause you can't answer those questions until you get to that corner. cause ever time you make a corner, what you do and what is an advantage can and will change due to even a temp difference of a few degrees on the track. And you don't see ANY of that with TV angles, and the commentary only makes hearing the motor that much more difficult. This is what I love and man, thank you so much for sharing! I can't tell you how much I love this. Well, sorry, I lied, cause my entire comment is literally telling you why I love this!
Interesting how many times Steve hit the "Drink" button on the wheel!
Where is this circuit?
What a racing track is it !?
