Now build a cnc press brake and your shop will be next level. Actually there's some nice cheaper horizontal press brakes that are quite versatile. But can only bend 12 inch lengths.

Belt drive will need periodic adjustment as the belts stretch over time.

And you’d think that a 3 axis CNC machine would be easy to make. My first machine was a plasma table, I feel your pain. The building of the mechanics is pretty straight forward, it’s another world to get it to be running. I would have built a router/mill first had I know lol. Excellent work!

Hello, change the cutting direction. Inner contour-counter clockwise, outer contour-clockwise. You will get better result. Great machine.

little tip, add in curve in to the beginning and curve out to the end of pockets and arcs, noticed the flat spot on the doughnut you cut from the 12mm plate. the curve in and curve out prevent overlapping the code and cut areas so the circle wouldn't have had the flat spot on the outer perimeter and it moves pierce locations away from feature lines so you don't happen to blow through the edge of a shape in a thin sign or body panel

Здравствуйте, много лет работаю на станках плазменной и лазерной резки, поэтому не могу удержаться от нескольких комментариев: Для 2D проектирования лучше всего подходит программа Компас, очень простая и гибкая Для управления попробуйте поработать в Mach 3 увидите насколько он проще и удобнее именно для работы Купите на барахолке сенсорный монитор - будете экономить кучу времени, плюс несравнимое удобство в работе На али за копейки можно найти и прикрутить в Mach 3 любой блютуз пульт хоть джойстик для удаленного управления и позиционирования резака Сделайте вытяжку от резака, иначе через полгода-год закоптите все помещение рыжей гарью На ночь стол лучше закрывать герметичным экраном или каким по паронепроницаемым чехлом иначе влажность убьет все помещение, листы не помогут На сам носик резака лучше изготовить дистанционную корону с шариками а подвес сделать плавающим - это убережет плазмотрон в внештатных ситуациях и поможет идеально выдерживать зазор даже на неровных листах Для Гипертерма есть недорогие расходники Технокат ну и Али может помочь А так все супер! подобный стол в своей мастерской достраиваю, сухой, 2500*1250 под более распространенный размер листа

You have deserved this for a long time. What form of "Cadd" are you using..... I did complete a course in 12.1 an it is probably obsolete now. I am thinking new challenge for you... actually two... solar power panels and water wells.... a drill system that could be set up on Autocad to drill say one hundred feet for shallow wells and not have to cost a arm and a leg. The iron lithium batteries might be a too big step but alternative sources. You are amazing

зря вода под листом материала, я когда до армии на плазмарезке работал - там везде вытяжка была воздушная.. и не с проста видимо. так что нужен вытяжной вентилятор и без воды. будет лучше. в остальном - молодчаги ))

Hi Donn, just want to let you know your cutting in the wrong direction. Anti clockwise for inside cuts. Clockwise for outside cuts. Good to see you have a plasma table now. I've been waiting for you to build one! "ENJOY IT MY FRIEND"

Hello! Just a tip from company who work dily with sheet and pipe cutting with plasma. - don't place a starting and finish points close to finish part but in a scrap part - like a 5-10mm from cutting line

Use finecut consumables but i am not sure is these are available for this pmx. Also missing a torch breakaway system. You canalso try to preflow air before piering to prevent a wet electrode.

Change the direction of your cuts, parts will have less edge taper. ID is cut counter clockwise, OD is cut clockwise.
